Rows menu at the top of my blog as "About", "Reflections", "Opinion", "Writing Tips" is one characteristic of the blog in wordpress which do not exist at blogger.com / blogspot. In terms of WordPress are called Pages or Pages. Pages or page is a static page that is not included in the archive of posts. What's the point? See description below. Here's how to make Pages or page (static) in WordPress.
1. After logging in, click "Compose" or "Write"
2. Click "Home" or "Page"
3. In the "Title Page" -> write the name of the page. For example, "Reflections" or "Guestbook"
5. Click the "Publish" or "Publish"
6. Done. You've managed to make Pages / static page on your blog.
What content or functionality Pages / Pages?
Various kinds, it's up to you. Its contents can be self-description as in About my blog or a list of links to your blog post or can also be an important site links or blogrolls, etc..
How to Edit Pages / Pages
1. Click "Manage" / "manages" -> click on Page / Pages
2. Click Pages / page that you just created earlier. Example, Reflection.
3. Content post boxes as you want.
