1. In the search box (run) type in computer management
2. Select Disk Management
In this example there are two hard disk, ie disk 0 (first hard drive) and Disk 1 (second disk), happened on my computer terpasan 2 hard drive, if your computer is only 1 hard drive then there is only disk 0.
Disk 0 contains 4 partitions, while the disk 1 contains 5 partitions
